Overseas sales

Position description:


1)Responsible for the development and management of overseas agents and customers

2)Responsible for overseas agency and customer maintenance management

3)Regularly summarize and report on the work

4)Other tasks assigned by leaders


Requirements:


1)22-40 years old. Junior college is in advance.

2)More than 2 years of experience in freight forwarding operations or more than one year of experience in forwarding overseas development is preferred.

3)CET-4 or above, proficient in spoken English, able to use English to contact foreign agents or consignees by mail or telephone; able to arrange booking, trailers, customs declarations and other one-stop operations and send PRE-ALERT according to the instruction of foreign agents or consignees. Making reconciliation with foreign countries, asking for payment

4)Having a good command of computer operation such as WORD、EXCEL and INTERNET

5)Able to make various trading and shipment documents

Customer service

Position description:


1)Follow and tracking customers’ cargo shipment and give feedback in time.

2)Patiently reply customers’ inquiry and handle complaints. Tell your leader in time.

3)Should be familiar with quotation and assist sales to update quotation.

4)  Finish other tasks assigned by leaders


Requirements:


1)   College degree or above, proficient in using computer office software

2)   More than one year of experience in logistics related fields is preffered.

3)   Should be Careful, responsible, good expression ability and good at communication.


International logistics sales

Position description:


1)   Responsible for the sales and promotion of company’s products, and complete department’s sales targets as required

2)   Based on company’s resources to develop new potential customers, and will provide some customer resources to you

3)   Improve service awareness, maintain the business of old customers, and tap the potential customers for delivery cooperation

4)   Manage customers’ file, regularly visit customers and establish long-term cooperation relationships with customers.

5)   Responsible for collection of business payment to ensure receive in time.


Requirements:


1)   High school degree or above, more than 1 year of sales experience is preferred.

2)   Good logical thinking ability, standard Mandarin, good at communication.

3)   Hardworking, positive and teamwork spirit.

4)   Willing to accept challenging jobs and intends to develop in the logistics field for a long time.
